Welcome.
I'm a white, transmasc-identified (he, they) therapist deeply committed to supporting people in the work toward greater understanding. Often we can notice deep, familiar patterns in our thinking and actions that no longer feel helpful. Together we can explore these patterns using a collaborative, liberatory, non-pathologizing approach. I believe in allowing all parts of ourselves, knowing they have helped us survive, and survival in this world is a radical act.
